    The tour was a bit tedious at times, but very informative. We were spending the weekend in St. Louis and thought it was well worth the trip (just over an hour). Just outside the entrance there looks to be a camping/outdoor activities area (kayaking, zip lines going across the river, etc.) this looks like like a good reason to return.
