Reviewed April 23, 2021. Whatever you do, do not rent from Dollar Car Rental!! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company in my life. You are much better taking ubers or public transport. First, we had to wait 2 and a half hours after our reservation time in order to get our vehicle that was RESERVED.

The other thing is since the introduction of ‘dynamic pricing’ into the rental car market over the last few years things are very volatile, like airline tickets. Rates can change daily, there can be big variations in prices between the companies and even from one week (or day!) to the next with the same provider. 3.
This company does not care about its customers, there is no customer service. All in all with the changes for this rental car, my Lyft, and the returned certified letter this experience cost me approximately $900 for a 3-day rental. By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Stay away from this company!
