If you have time, you might want to swing south in St. Louis for their Zoo, Budweiser for the horses, and Cahokia across the river for the greatest ancient earthworks in North America.     I don't know why they publish the Main Street address in Paintsville. Your destination is Webb's Grocery (1917 Millers Crk, Van Lear, KY 41265).
