Budgetair.com a complete scam/Fraud? 9 years ago. Hi Everyone, Make a little bit of a mistake this week. Instead of using the typical flight booking websites I usually use, I used trip adviser. Being trip adviser I trusted the travel companies that came up in the results. Without so much as a thought, I booked my ticket via budgetair.com.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Budget Air when attempting to cancel and obtain a refund for a flight I had booked for two people from Sharjah to Bangkok by Qatar Airways, scheduled for June 5 to June 12, 2023.
IT IS 100% DO NOT USE BUDGETAIR.COM. THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM/FRAUDULENT. I recently booked a flight through the website. Knowing traveling (especially internationally) during COVID-19 can be subject to unexpected situations, I purchased travel AND cancellation insurance for an additional added fee (obviously covering last minute flight rescheduling and flight cancellations).

The phone # they sent me # 855-396-8777 is Vayama.com (per google search: Travix closed Vayama brand that operated in the Americas effective September 22,2020). Even after calling 100 times, you won't be able to reach customer service.
Hi Everyone, I will share my experience about BudgetAir, i did booking and paid the amount and got my booking number for the flight...!!!But after 2 hours they sent me email that "your booking is canceled & your amount will be refunded with-in 5-10 days".
I found a number to call them but I had to wait for so long and then to clarify a very simple thing it took the representative more than 45' to deal with it. I found at the end of the month on my mobile bill that I was overcharged by that phone call around 25£.
I just had a problem with budget Air, I paid 98.50 to make a cancellation of a ticket that cost 966 pounds. they just refund 93 pounds. there is no phone number, only chat with the randomly responding staff. they are a group trained for scamming/
