Hertz provided link to online app supposedly to help with getting car charged. But, could not download/access due to EU data protection laws! You would think Hertz would know about this restriction for travelers from USA. Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked.
I called three times to inquire and each time I was told my refund is getting processed and it will take 5-10 days for me to see it. I would hope that Hertz would get the refund system right since they claim to offer excellent customer care. My message - be ready to pay cc interest charges in case Hertz owns you money.
