I know it needs my credit card details but im worried that it doesnt say Ive prepaid. Ive called Alamo and contacted them through chat.

The only effect it had was to reduce the credit I had available by $140 for a few days. I have rented twice since then and the same thing happened, neither of the rentals was with Alamo. (Avis and Europcar) All I am saying is if I hadn't looked in the Pending Transactions, I might not have noticed that a hold had been placed on my Credit Card
