   we rented for the same price in January. You have to go to Executive counter at Cancun Airport - building across the parking lot. We had no problem with them. All went well. Despite ACE attendant confirmed by mail 24hour service in Cancun Airport, they have not answer my calls when I arrived. In the end, I had to call any company in the airport. Again, worst experience ever.

   The day we returned the car, the whole car rental field was flooded with rain and there was only a 13-14 years old teenager taking care of the whole store. You rent a car for almost 4USD/day but you pay almost 25/day insurance coverage.
