You still have not given a number of nights, but in 3 nights, 1 night Bryce ( 5 hours from Vegas), 2 nights Moab via Ut 12 and 24 ( if weather is ok) to see Arches NP ( I-15 and I-70 if it's not) and long drive via I-70 and I-25 to CS. 4 nights put a ...
