    No its not. The system is faulty and reservations are not guaranteed. I tried to book the same room twice, each time card went through and got a confirmation but minutes later got a message that my booking was cancelled. The way Agoda took the money then reversed it flagged my credit cards fraud team and they told me not to use the site.
