2. Re: Hoi an in November. 8 years ago. You're certainly taking a risk to visit at that time of year. I'd say expect rain and anything else would be a bonus. It's also prone to flooding, as can be viewed by a quick search on google. I visited Hoi An for four days last November and I got lucky with the weather.
