    Mabuhay Miles Membership Sucks!! I have been a mabuhay miles member for maybe 2 years now and I have always had a bad experience. Ot is very difficult to redeem an award ticket!! You have to call their hotline and it usually takes an hour minimum to book a flight. You are on hold for sometimes 30 minutes “due ro high ticket volume”.

    It is a nightmare for a flight change if you have a ticket from mabuhay miles redemption. No online support is given and you are required to call their landline or mobile. So if you are visiting, spend all day calling and money reloading your prepaid card. Mabuhay miles is not a reward as I thought it is for those loyal PAL flyers.

    as I went to the domestic mabuhay lounge today, I asked the staff at the counter and I was able to gather the following information: 1- the international lounge is on soft opening because there is still some areas whose remodelling is not yet finished. 2- the international lounge is open during the day, and closed by 5pm.
