Hertz does not have anyone to return customer calls regarding incorrect billing. I have been emailing them and they say there’s nothing they can do on their end because they’re not the people in charge of calling back. This is ridiculous. To be refused a call and also to not reach out to someone in customer service to give me a call.

If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.
