What you do is submit a request for them to book you a ticket at the price you saw for the dates you want to travel. As they don't have live pricing, it will often be the case that they can't fulfil the request. What happens next varies.

    Even their website gives a link to more Covid refund information that goes to some other site that requires a login that you don't have. They even screw up their links. Sheesh! If you want to book an excursion, use GET YOUR GUIDE instead. They provide full refunds or rescheduling capabilities. Way better than Viator!
