The Costco representative I spoke with said I could book the 3 trips separately online and then they could link them with a phone call. My other option is to book everything at once on the phone. Any time I call I always speak to someone who is knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever possible they will get my business.

Booked with Costco Travel Package: Pick up from airport went fine. However, NO ONE answers the phone or replies to messages. The pick up instructions say to call and reconfirm departure but no on answered and I called 7 times over the holiday and emailed a couple times. Finally called the day of about 6pm when our pickup was scheduled for 6:30!

Future packages are around $500-$3000+ additional to what you paid unless you downgrade your package that you booked. We paid and additional $1000 to travel in November of this year. June-October was and additional $3200 for our package, so we went with November. 5.

The balance is due 3/9/16. My daughter-in-law now cannot travel for medical reasons and is waiting to get a Doctor's note and we will see if we get the deposit back for their part of the trip. I called Costco and they charge a $200 per person cancellation fee. So if travel insurance refunds my deposit I will still lose $600.
