BEWARE!! Travelocity (Expedia, Orbitz, Hotwire, etc. ... all owned by Expedia, plus many other companies) has THE most HORRID idea of service I've ever known!! I waited 2 hours and called back and still they couldn't find my reservation. I hung up, called the number on my Travelocity confirmation, and their rep called the hotel directly, then called me back and the problem was resolved with no further action on my part. Let me stress that the problem was with the hotel, not Travelocity.
