With Visa (Visa Electron debit) or Mastercard (Maestro debit) issued by ANY bank, you should have no problems. Just use the ATM machines owned by local banks, and not by independent companies (high commission fees!!!).

The two(2) Bermuda retail banks will be Bank of Bermuda/HSBC and Butterfield Bank. To the best of my knowledge, there are no charge applied to 'foreign' ATM transactions by the Bermuda banks. The '..foreign ATM transaction fee..' will be charged by your own B-o-A...not the Bermuda bank.
