I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights. If you've used Skylux, I'd like to hear from you.

Re: Odysseys Unlimited - A Review and a Warning. 5 years ago. I just returned from my fifth trip with Odysseys and I think they are top notch; I wouldn’t consider traveling with any other tour company. I found all the accommodations to be excellent and I never had a complaint.
Reviewed February 2, 2023. We took the bus from Ottawa U to the Montreal Airport, and back two weeks later. All went very well. The bus came on time and the ride was comfortable. We don't understand the bad reviews. I would use the service again. Date of experience: January 2023. Ask CJB_52 about Orleans Express.
