Answer 1 of 10: I was checking my flights on Hawaiians site and it kept coming coming up as my flights were cancelled…..put in record locator and then put in ticket number….tried calling and call goes right to constant busy signal.

In fairness Southwest advertises no change fee and in fact gives you a credit if you book a lower priced flight. You can even rebook the same flight if the fare drops and get a credit for the difference.
Horrible Customer Service and Policies. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from Hawaiian Airlines. As a family who has been loyal to this airline and using a Hawaiian Airlines credit card for years to travel back and forth to visit family between the islands - we will be switching to Southwest.
