I am trying to speak to the service counter at the Budget rental for Lihue airport. I’ve called at various times today starting at 8:30am this morning using this number: 808-245-9031. The recording sounds as it’s the correct location, but when I follow the prompts I always get, “your call cannot be completed” and the call ends.
BEWARE of MIA Budget Car Rentals. Jul 2024 • Couples. On July 20, 2024, we placed an order for an 8PSNGER Chevrolet Suburban or similar. I will note that both myself and my sister-in-law were on the phone as we made the reservation. A representative from their toll-free number took my card number and information.
This took me two days to straighten out over the phone (just try and get a real person the phone from Budget , good luck.) But it gets worse, I unfortunately left a suit jacket in the backseat. I called back 20 minutes later, (so it was still there) to report it on Saturday May 7.

Sometimes companies have sequential phone numbers which may skip the answering machine... try 310-642-4501, -4502, etc. It's their busy season, so try calling at midnight California time, since the LAX office should be 24-hours.
