Horrible Experience. This past week I rented a car from the Ace Location in Orlando, Florida located at 7855 N. Frontage Road. When picking up the keys, the man at the desk insisted that I needed to purchase the $50.00 toll road package for traveling between Orlando and Sarasota.

Endured an interminable wait for the airport shuttle, only to be duped with deceitful charges. Despite twice stating my existing insurance, a brazen $119.94 insurance fee materialized on my bill.

I booked a 2-day small car via economycarrentals.com as this was the cheapest rate online. However beware of the hidden charges ACE car rental will hit you with on arrival.

1 1. Reviewed March 5, 2020. Ace car rental Las Vegas. Did not disclose true car rental fee, Fee more than doubled after an addition of a loss damage waiver for a weeks rent. We were to get a Toyota RAV4 or a Ford Escape, we got a Mitsubishi Outlander a much lower class SUV. Service and assistance was subpar.
9 helpful votes. 2. Re: Ace rent a car. 12 years ago. They operate worldwide. Prices are slightly cheaper then any other company. All locals either sold out or more expensive than a big brand. I am adding $18 a day to a quoted price and it comes out about $40 a day for a compact car.
The owner is Patrick Lewis (phone number 801-502-2668, email:plewis@ltg4.com. I also texted and emailed and called the main Ace phone number with no response. I finally had to leave the car in short term parking- where I took pictures to show the car was is pristine condition.
