We were to get a Toyota RAV4 or a Ford Escape, we got a Mitsubishi Outlander a much lower class SUV. Service and assistance was subpar.

Excellent rental experience. I rented a vehicle from Ace in Orlando. We landed in Orlando late on Easter Sunday. The shuttle to the off-airport facility arrived promptly. There was only one agent in the offic.e because others had called in sick, and he worked very hard to service all the customers waiting to pick up cars.
Waited a long time for a shuttle to ACE Car Rental office. After leaving the Car Rental parking lot the mirror cover on the passenger rear view mirror fell off while driving on the Florida Turnpike. No bump/accident occurred. It just fell off. Received a bill for $690.00. The bill was the cost of replacing the entire mirror, electronics , etc.

Car rental companies have historically not accepted debit cards (or check cards), but now most will, with deposit restrictions. A hold on a debit card is like giving them cash.

Endured an interminable wait for the airport shuttle, only to be duped with deceitful charges. Despite twice stating my existing insurance, a brazen $119.94 insurance fee materialized on my bill.
I went to return the car on January 8th at initially at 4:45 AM. The office does not open until 5AM. So I proceeded to the airport to check my bags in and get boarding pass. I then returned to the Ace Rent a Car at 14500 Global Parkway at 5:15AM to return my rental car and take their shuttles back to make my 6:30AM flight. When I got to the ...
