0 STARS! Booked online at Rentalcars.com for a rental at Routes Car Rental in College Park, GA. I was charged upfront for $246.14 on 6/13/2020. My Routes Rental Agreement ******* was adjusted to $180.54 on the day of pick up on 7/3/2020 by Randall. I was due a credit of $65.60.
Routes Car Rental is by far the worst car rental service. We waited at the airport for more than an hour for the there shuttle to come pick us up from the airport. We get there, and they took more than an hour to give us our vehicle. They asked for unnecessary information regarding our insurance. They wanted to see proof that we had insurance.
While other rental car companies are at the Chicago O'Hare airport, Routes is hard to find and is off site. It included a 5 minute walk and a brief train ride to the pick up location where we waited another 10 minute wait for a shuttle.
