Excellent rental experience. I rented a vehicle from Ace in Orlando. We landed in Orlando late on Easter Sunday. The shuttle to the off-airport facility arrived promptly. There was only one agent in the offic.e because others had called in sick, and he worked very hard to service all the customers waiting to pick up cars.

Endured an interminable wait for the airport shuttle, only to be duped with deceitful charges. Despite twice stating my existing insurance, a brazen $119.94 insurance fee materialized on my bill.

Car rental companies have historically not accepted debit cards (or check cards), but now most will, with deposit restrictions. A hold on a debit card is like giving them cash.

I booked a 2-day small car via economycarrentals.com as this was the cheapest rate online. However beware of the hidden charges ACE car rental will hit you with on arrival.
ACE Rental showed up in a travelocity search and had the lowest price for a van so I rented it online. It took two hours to leave Las Vegas airport, bus to the rental terminal, find out ACE is located several miles way, get on their shuttle, then have my wife and kids sit in an un air conditioned garage for almost an hour to rent a beat up van in what reminded me of a third world DMV.
