Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   The rental counter and pickup/return is in the airport car rental center via the airport AirTrain. The vehicle had 62,000 miles on it which was a little concerning but it turned out the vehicle was just fine. Perhaps that is why Fox was the cheapest to rent from. During the rental process they offer you the typical additional car insurance.

   8. Nearby Gas Station - There is a 76 Gas station on the same block as Fox at W. Century and Aviation and you can easily re-fuel there before turning your car in. I was very pleased with the inexpensive price but as you can see above, this place is only for car rental cheapskates and the vigilant! (like me - LOL!)

   Of the different companies to choose from, don't bother with Fox Car Rental. They get you in the door with their cheaper rates but somehow the prices skyrocket upon return. I should've trusted reviews but didn't, and got burned a couple of months ago. Edited: 14 years ago

   Answer 1 of 10: Has anyone used Fox car rental? Are they reliable. I'm flying into San Jose and out of San Francisco, and did a search and they have some pretty good prices. (my old english teacher would kill me for that last sentence:) Thanks!
