Recently hired a card from Avis India and what a nightmare of a service did they provide me. Firstly, they gave me a car different than the one on contract they got me. The car ’s steering started shaking crazy as soon as the car hit over 40kmph. Calling them got me a response that that’s how Innova behaves around 60.

After reading and watching so many poor reviews for Air India I was nervous about booking with them, but the business class seat price was very reasonable.

I returned from our trip to discover the AVIS airport rental in France had voided my oteoaid contract and arbitrarily charge my credit card 1,600 Euros for returning the car 1 hour late, when the late fee printed in the original invoice was 91.25 Euros per hour. I was told in August 8th I had to send an email to file a complaint.

Probably one of their oldest planes. The one from Brisbane to Singapore was only marginally better. Cramped uncomfortable seat which was not conducive to sleep. Poor service. Appalling breakfast for the price paid. Apparently their better planes fly to Sydney/Melbourne but the price doesn’t change. Sent my review with no response.
