I booked a car with Budget for our June visit, but our flight times changed (we arrive much later and also leave much later), and Budget won't allow me to change the times without changing the price. We typically rent with Budget or Hertz, but Dollar and Thrifty are significantly cheaper.

9 years ago. Thank you. I just checked Yelp reviews and Dollar gets 1.5 stars and Thrifty gets 2.5 stars. Both have over 100 reviews. Thrifty complaints seem to be long waits. Dollar seems to be long waits and unexpected charges that weren't agreed to. Thrifty seems to be the best of the two. Report inappropriate content.
