He returns and tells me the room is not a suite. The booking can not be changed so he offers to cancel and refund 100% or I can keep the room and PL would give me a 20% refund. I took the cancel with 100% refund. Today, I go to the hotel website and see the suite for $125. Booked and done.

I attempted to rent a car from Priceline, had trouble connecting to the site. When I arrived at Budget Rental Car I had 2 bookings for the same date/car. I attempted to resolve by calling customer service located in Philippines. Refused to issue a refund though they admitted to not having sent a confirmation email for the first rental.
