However Priceline has the same car at Mex Rent A Car at 1/3 of the price. Although Priceline offers their insurance, I read to not go with a 3rd party policy because it does not cover Mexico.

   I attempted to rent a car from Priceline, had trouble connecting to the site. When I arrived at Budget Rental Car I had 2 bookings for the same date/car. I attempted to resolve by calling customer service located in Philippines. Refused to issue a refund though they admitted to not having sent a confirmation email for the first rental.
