What a beautiful plane and seats, and compassionate agent. Big difference from the plywood, non-reclining Frontier seats, and crappy resolution agent. When Southwest had its debacle during Christmas 2022, they refunded my fair, paid full cost and expenses, plus issued a credit voucher. Southwest understood customer service. Frontier does NOT!
6 years ago. #2, one seat left doesn't necessarily mean the entire plane is sold out! It can mean that there is only one seat left in the lowest fare bucket. And if there were only a few low fare bucket seats to begin with, it's altogether feasible that they will be sold out way in advance. Report inappropriate content.
