It's not Grant's Tomb. For those of us who lived through 9/11, for whom our city will never be the same, the Memorial is a living, breathing place. It's not about the selfie (although plenty of people take them). It's a graveyard, and it's still raw and recent. So, it's not "better" during the day or night.
