29. Re: Rental car discount codes and lowest prices. 9 years ago. We will be in Maui from 12/26 through 1/2, and I just switched from a $482 Nissan Sentra for the week from DHCR, to a $231 Ford EDGE from Costco. It pays to keep checking! (Both of these reservations were from Budget).
Thanks. It appears there's no AAA discount on Hertz right now except for weekend and weekly rentals (I'm renting for 4 weekdays). Hertz has a 25% off discount coupon code, but it only allows one CDP code, so it won't let me enter my AAA information to get the free second driver.
I am a regular Gold member, so I would be upgraded to Five Star. According to the website, it may take 3-5 days for my hertz account to reflect the upgrade. It has been about a month since I signed up for Plus and my Hertz account still says Regular Gold, but my "Corporate Discount Program" (CDP) list includes TRIPADVISOR PLUS.
With ELdan it is $614.86. With the Hertz.il it was more than Eldan. Calling the Hertz here, in the USA, and using Hertz coupon code CDP 783530, and pay in advance it is only $285.68. This rate I got by calling Hertz in the US and using that coupon code, and declining CDW.
Hi, someone mentioned Autoslash on a thread, thank you, got a good rate, however I've never used them before and was a bit leary- I think they may have given me a better rate bc I checked some credit card boxes - it shows AMEX CDP in the reservation, however I only have a basic AE card not like Platinum or anything, so are they going to require certain card or info on discount given, at pickup?
