Online pricing is comparable to in-store pricing. We ordered water, beer, juice, milk, lots of fruit, cheese, meat, yogurt, chips, crackers, nuts, MacNCheese... all of your basic snack stuff for a week (for 5 people). Total cost $48USD. Delivery when we were "ready" for it.

Re: Walmart delivery. 4 years ago. Also confirm that they will deliver to the Riviera Maya. My understanding is that their delivery only applies to the Cancun's hotel zone. You could ask your question in the Playa Del Carmen forum as the grocery stores there will be closer to your resort than the ones in Cancun.

The OP indicated that there is a line item on the order form to schedule they did the online order at 9AM. Scheduled delivery for noon-1pm same day (just 3 hours after placing the order).
