Per instructions in link above, used my hotel and room number as the delivery address. Scheduled delivery for noon-1pm same day (just 3 hours after placing the order). Delivery came at 1:15 (it was the Sunday of the Ironman so I was more than pleased that they were just a few minutes late given the ridiculous traffic delays).

I have not been to the new one, but the selection at the Chedraui Selecto is limited so that's what I'd expect for the other downtown grocery store.

1 year ago. I did successfully find a grocery delivery service that would come out to the Garza Blanca Cancun. It is an app created by Uber called Cornershop. There are about 20 stores to select - Costco, Chedraui,Soriana, Walmart, some liquor stores / toy stores etc. You can enter in a US credit card and phone number.

Re: Walmart delivery. 4 years ago. Also confirm that they will deliver to the Riviera Maya. My understanding is that their delivery only applies to the Cancun's hotel zone. You could ask your question in the Playa Del Carmen forum as the grocery stores there will be closer to your resort than the ones in Cancun.
