Just to comment on their customer service- I called a few days ago to ask a few questions about sun palace and they were helpful. One possible issue for you though..if you booked on the official Palace website, there is a cancellation penalty of $50 per person, if you cancel more than 45 days out. The fee goes up as it gets closer.
