Just to comment on their customer service- I called a few days ago to ask a few questions about sun palace and they were helpful. One possible issue for you though..if you booked on the official Palace website, there is a cancellation penalty of $50 per person, if you cancel more than 45 days out. The fee goes up as it gets closer.

Customer service. 7 years ago. Just spent forty minutes on the phone trying to explain to tom that my accommodation voucher. Should show zero balance when l paid in full. He can't understand that a voucher with a balance to pay IS not good enough it should have zero balance. I booked a 1euro deposit and pay balance at the hotel deal.
