A person dialling the number you quote from the US would dial. 011 44 1665 604691 (the 0 after the 44 is omitted) If calling it from another city in the UK you would dial 0 1665 604691 (though 00441665604691 would also work). Re: London/UK Phone Number Format :-O. Numbers which start 0207, 0208 and soon 0203 are all within Greater London. Most 0207 are in central London,, but with call routing you could phone an 0207 number and end up in Bangalore. If the number you are dialing starts with the same area code, you don't have to dial it.
