The previous poster, Kruzer2K, described the tour quite well. There were only 4 of us who participated in the early morning tour on that Good Friday. The ride to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway was about 25 minutes from the Strip. We arrived at the track and were suited up and ready to go by 9:00 am.
They make you shift at 3000RPM and the entire time you are driving you are in 4th gear. They have limiters that limit you from going more than 4,500-4,800 RPM. However, like I said 99.9% of people won’t realize the difference. This is a REAL experience and a lot of fun.

We took a cab there (3 of us in the vehicle), and grabbed one of the shuttle buses on the way back.
