Unlike the Crown Dependencies of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man which use the UK area codes 01534, 01481 and 01624, respectively, telephone numbers in British Overseas Territories do not come under the UK telephone numbering plan. Not quite true - we can call 1-800 numbers from the UK, but we are charged. I do it all the time. I'm not sure about the other way round, though, as I can't remember if I've tried to dial an 0-800 from the US. At best, you'll be able to connect but will be charged; at worst, you simply can't connect. Sorry not to be of further help.
