We are civilians, so the day rental for civilians for a beach chair is $10/chair per person, so for 6 days for 2 people it will be $120, which is rather steep. I think we will decide once we are there, depending on the prices of decent beach chairs from walmart etc.

   Most rentals have chairs, but I like a lounger, so I buy one at Target for about $15. Then I just leave the items for the next renter. Sometimes owners will buy the cart from me, at a discounted rate. The cart is the best deal at Costco, and is half the cost of what you will likely find on Amazon or anywhere else.

   Vote. Yes, there are a few. If you go to the public beach on weekdays chairs can be rented fairly reasonably. Royal Palms, in the heart of smb, also rents chairs and umbrellas and, i believe, for a small fee ($2 ci or so) you can access their showers and facilities. They also have a bar and restaurant.

   Sitting on your own chair in the middle of Mullet Bay Beach is so much better than renting. Being able to have a chair on beaches that don't have beach services gives flexibility to enjoy more. Sitting with the mob-not so much. Buy chairs, rent chairs, eat breakfast in your villa or hotel or eat it out,. It's all good.

   Hi! I am looking for hotels/motels or other vacation rentals which have recliners (Lazy-boy type, NOT chaise lounge lightweight chairs) in all or some of their rooms. My wife has a hard time sleeping in a bed through the night and needs a recliner in order to be comfortable and even make it worth traveling.
