This was first experience with Jazeera Airways for me and my wife. Jazeera has recently opened a new terminal at Kuwait which is a plus point. The new terminal is good and it gave me a much-needed break from the chaos of old airport. The check-in process took more time than expected as only 2 counters were functional.
T5 is much less crowded and more space to roam around. The airline operates a fleet of Airbus A320 aircrafts with two class cabins comprising a Business Class and an Economy Class. My ticket was a return Business Class. The terminal connects directly to the Jazeera Airways dedicated gates B1, B2 and B3. You can easily do an online check in as well.
