For some reason (probably just a quirk in the booking system) manual intervention by airline staff will sometimes result in bookings falling out of the fully-automated system, thus preventing online check-in. 21. Reviewed November 30, 2023. Reschedule flight, no option for refund. So I booked a flight on 28 Aug, from Mumbai to Istambul at 24 Dec. They just sent me an email (29 Nov), that they "rescheduled" the flight to 28 Dec. It is impossible to get a refund from the website, they don't have any email to contact. Date of travel: November 2023.
