You used to get sales tax waived if you did TR credits at point of sale but I was charged tax at 3 different venues this trip when swiping card.

Sometimes they have a promotion for 1:1 free slot play. Be sure you use them at restaurants that accept RCs at 1:1 and not 2:1 for the best value.

Hello all, I contacted Total Rewards, via e-mail, to question them regarding getting a "voucher" from the Total Rewards desk in order to redeem Reward Credits at restaurants within the Caesar's Entertainment group of hotels at restaurants that are affiliated with the program but do not take the TR card directly (why, I don't know).

Watch for any restrictions on rewards due to holidays (such as NYEve). If you are redeeming for a show ticket I would call & get it booked right away once you redeem.
We redeem whichever three MGM rewards we feel like, then get LP refunds for the rest (I think you can refund 5 every 30 days). Beware of some of the non-MGM rewards, though. For example, the Cirque du Soleil rewards (NOT the MGM resort ones, but the ones in the separate Cirque du Soleil category) are non-refundable.
You redeem your rewards on the MyVEGAS site. They email you a confirmation with a voucher number that you need to print and take with you to Vegas . Once there, you go to an MLife desk and they will swap your reward for a hand written complimentary voucher stating on it what the reward is for.
