Watch for any restrictions on rewards due to holidays (such as NYEve). If you are redeeming for a show ticket I would call & get it booked right away once you redeem.

As long as you have your redemption code & mlife number when you call you're fine. Report inappropriate content.
You redeem your rewards on the MyVEGAS site. They email you a confirmation with a voucher number that you need to print and take with you to Vegas . Once there, you go to an MLife desk and they will swap your reward for a hand written complimentary voucher stating on it what the reward is for.

You will "buy" your rewards online with the gold loyalty chips.. They will give you a code online after you have purchased your reward. When you get to Las Vegas, you go to the Mlife desk and they will put the reward on your players card.
