    Well, TA seems to think that Contributor Levels are worth something, but dang if I can figure out what it is. Keep doing Reviews, and maybe some "secret level" will open up? I'm level 6 with under 150 reviews and another member has done over 4500 reviews and is on the same level. The points, badges and Levels are meaningless and don't progress towards getting you anything, or earning you anything.
