It just takes time to build up some tolerance for a long drive. I usually start out between 4 to 5am and drive 4-5 hours or so before stopping just long enough for breakfast, fueling and restroom. Then continue to drive another 4 hours or so and stop for lunch and maybe walk around a bit to stretch out the muscles.
