There is currently a shuttle bus service from Terminal C where there is a reservation desk, that runs across to the Terminal B garage where you will collect your car. I do see the T&C and the 3rd party one is listed (I **** it): Reservation must be at a rental location that offers Skip the Counter. Reservation must not exceed 30 days.
