9. Re: Costco or La Comer. 1 year ago. Normally I’d say Costsco for booze, but for a two weeks stay, grocery shopping is not ideal at Costco since things are in larger quantities. For two weeks just go to La Comer. Realistically you’ll probably eat and drink out at least half the time.
It should be a short taxi ride to Costco and La Comer from ICON. Costco and La Comer are in the Fluvial district, tucked in behind Plaza Caracol. At one time, that would've been a 50 pesos taxi fare so it shouldn't be much more now.
5 years ago. You will have to check your goods with the desk at the front of the store and retrieve them when you wind up your second shopping trip. They are trustworthy. It is a desk/ area like customer service is at USA stores. Both Costco and La Comer offer this service.

11. Re: Costco or La Comer. The tequila selection is much better at Vinos Americana in Old Town. For the cost of a taxi and the time it will take, it is not worth it to go to Costco or LaComer in PV. Go to La Comer or one of the other grocery stores in y Bucerias.
Answer 11 of 17: I am planning on going to Costco and La Comer on my mobility scooter and I have a basket on my scooter. Will I be able to go into Costco with items in my basket that I bought at La Comer (and vice versa).
