106 reviews. 40 helpful votes. Has anyone booked a Spain package through Costco? 5 years ago. My husband and I are planning our first trip to Europe in March/April 2019. We saw a good deal at the Costco Travel site for a trip to Spain, Madrid and Seville - staying 4 days in each city.
We used Costco to travel to London last year and it was very good, a good value. Not so much in Italy. We are planning a trip in early October - 4 days in Rome, 4 days in Florence. I'm figuring $200/night looks about right as a base rate. The good part of Costco is convenience and they do stand behind their services. So any advice would be great.

We showed them our Costco itinerary but the folks at the BD could not make changes, they asked us to see Roberto the next day to at our hotel to confirm the changes. This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.
