Hannaford in Waldoboro and the town grocery on Main Street when you're cruising through Thomaston if you need steaks, or ground beef for burgers. You can phone ahead and they'll have your meat selections ready , big bonus you could also ask them to hold a blueberry pie for you (though raspberry is my favorite). Amy's Pies are excellent.
