A solo traveler, I always book the economy class cars. It was my first time dealing with Advantage. I arrived at the counter in Las Vegas airport 30 minutes prior to my reservation time and found 8 people ahead of me. Three clerks were serving the customers so I estimated it would take about 15 minutes to be served.

Their phone support is awful. It's based in some third world country, they can barely speak English and probably have never seen a car.

Not a company I’ll ever use.after you return your car in the garage you walk to the shuttle. once on it’s about a 8-10 minute ride. It shouldn’t take you more than about 20 minutes from when you enter the garage to get dropped off at the terminal.
